About the Position
The role of administrative assistant means that you are the spider in the web at the residence and provide administrative support to the unit manager.
As an assistant, you work with a computer as your primary tool. A large part of your assignment involves administration in Laholm Municipality's various IT systems such as Word, Excel, and Teams.
Your tasks as an assistant include scheduling, staffing planning both short and long term, handling cases in the personnel and payroll system Heroma, booking introductions and training for staff. Invoice management and orders, mail handling. You will also have contact and planning with caseworkers, colleagues, relatives, users, and other stakeholders regarding moving in and out of the residence.
Are You the One We Are Looking For?
You have a high school education with an administrative focus and experience in administrative tasks. Previous experience in care and support is an advantage. Basic knowledge of the Office package and experience working in various IT systems.
To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous and have a good ability to independently organize and plan your tasks while meeting deadlines both short and long term, good collaboration skills, and a sense of service. The position also places high demands on flexibility and the ability to see solutions. You are a good representative and have a pleasant demeanor. You can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
